Terms & Conditions
Applies to every purchase order placed through DIMM_WATCH.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a purchase order, accepting a quote, or otherwise submitting an order through DIMM_WATCH / dontgetrammed.com (the "Service"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quoted prices are valid only until the expiration date shown on the quote. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order arising from such errors.
3. Payment Processing — 24 to 72 Hours
Important: Payments submitted for any purchase order may take 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days) to be received, verified, and processed by our team. Your order is not considered fully paid, and will not be released for fulfillment, until payment has cleared and been confirmed in writing. Customer acknowledges that order shipment, delivery timelines, and any guarantees begin only after payment has been successfully processed.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
A purchase order is binding once you accept a quote or submit checkout. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Customer cancellations requested before payment has been processed may be honored at our sole discretion. Once payment has been received and processed, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee and our return policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated shipping times begin only after payment has cleared (see Section 3). We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to Customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Warranty
Memory products carry only the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated in writing. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging, and are subject to inspection. Opened, damaged, or installed product may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIMM_WATCH's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase order is limited to the amount actually paid by Customer for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
8. Taxes
Customer is responsible for all applicable state and local sales, use, and similar taxes, calculated at checkout based on the ship-to address.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DIMM_WATCH is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of order acceptance govern that order. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
